Hello there, everyone! Happy Friday! Lydia here. Today, I'll be sharing how to create a gorgeous ink blended sunset on a slimline card.
I started by creating a slimline card base. Now, these can be all different sizes, but mine is 3 3/4″ x 7 1/2″. I then took a panel which measures 3 1/2″ x 7 1/4″. Onto this panel, I used Peach Perfect, Pink Pearl, Cotton Candy, Deep Iris, and a mix of Desert Night and Dark Night Inks. Once I was happy with the blending, I added some stars by adding splatter using Pure White and Iridescent Ink Sprays.
While the panel was drying, I created a dark mountain scene. I cut 3 of the dies from Mountain Die Set from Navy Cardstock. To make the layers pop a little more, I added white pigment ink along the top edge of each die-cut.
Before adhering the card together, I added a white heat embossed sentiment from Wanderlust Stamp Set.
To see how this card came together, please watch the video below. Or watch it over on YouTube:
Thanks so much for stopping by!

Lovely and beautiful ink blending. The white on the tops of the die cuts for the village really made a difference. Thank you.
