I think water coloring is the most beautiful work of art: the color just floats, water and color may be sent in any direction, may not stay, but if not, the results can still be eye catching – even little kids love to play with water color paint because it is fun and relaxing with beautiful endless results. Thank you for reminding everyone to have fun and not be so serious with beautiful art makings.

re “What is your go-to color family?” The answer: All of them! I really enjoy using the entire rainbow to create art. I have noticed, though, that when I take part in the inspiration challenges here, I find it hardest to create appealing projects if a green is missing from the color palette. So maybe green is my go-to? I really like aqua and red, too.
I love my ALTENEW half pan watercolors (the three sets), they are very convenient to have around or take on the go. Paint tubes frustrate me a bit because somehow I often end up loosing caps, leave them partially open or crack the tubes, BUT these colors are so pretty I may not be able to resist!! Fabulous inspiration as always! Thanks for the inspiration !
