Altenew’s 3rd Anniversary Blog Hop Day 4 + Giveaway

Before we go into the hop details and prizes, we would like to give a BIG shout out to our fantastic Scrapbook Design Team for their contributions to creativity.

Altenew family got bigger since we launched the Scrapbook Design Team in May last year. Each one of them is unique in their own skill set, and they have been working so hard to provide fresh inspiration to you. Last December we started a new journey into the scrapbook land by releasing our very first scrapbook product, the Reflection Scrapbook Collecti0n. There is no doubt that we couldn’t have come this far without the help of our extremely talented designers that showcase our scrapbooking products so beautifully.

In honor of our anniversary celebration, we have asked each of our design team members to share four of their favorite Altenew projects with you. They are also sharing what they like most about being on the Scrapbook Design Team, or what they thought when they first heard about Altenew, or what they like most about our products.

Eunyoung Lee (Joined in May 2016)
“I had seen the pretty floral sets from Altenew and I  just loved them. When I was invited to Altenew Scrapbooking team last May, it was a huge surprise. I also wondered if my style of crafting would work as before I usually created scrapbook layouts with just patterned papers. At first, I worried that I wasn't great with stamping, but now I really enjoy it. I feel lucky to have joined this amazing team. Thank you, Tasnim. I appreciate my teammates and Altenew fans. “I love memory keeping so much, that is why I love scrapbooking. I know scrapbooking takes much time but I don’t mind as long as I love it and enjoy the process to create every single layout. I love scrapbooking as much as I love coffee. I rarely used stamping in my layouts or travel notebook spreads but since I joining the Altenew family I really love to add stamping to them now! I now use stamping in every single project that I create. The design of the Altenew Stamps is so pretty especially the flowers and the character ones. They also have fabulous colors of inks! Altenew is always coming out with new products and each reveal holds treasures for the creative soul.”

Ashley Horton (Joined in January 2017)
“I am a relatively new designer at Altenew, but I am in love with all of the great products! I first worked with the Reflection Scrapbook Collection and was very impressed with the unique designs in the collection. Two of my favorite things in the collection are the fun wood veneer shapes and the wood buttons. I love using them to add dimension to my layouts. There is also a great variety of stamp choices. I have never considered myself as an expert stamper, but I love that the Altenew stamps make layered stamping super easy. One of my favorite ways to use the stamps is to stamp the image and then fussy cut it and use it as an embellishment on my layout. I love finding ways to be creative with the Altenew products and using them to inspire other scrapbookers!”
