“This customized stamp gift is for customers with the most purchases on our altenew.com store over the last 12 months.”
I hear you! I sent this to Altenew last week:
In reflecting a bit more on how Altenew decides who it gives this gift to, you mentioned it goes to those who have purchased the most from you. All over Facebook are pictures showing their personalized stamps from you.
Like I mentioned in my previous email, of all the companies that I have bought from so far this year, Altenew has received the highest percentage of my business.
Those who spend more at Altenew could be wealthier or have more disposable income than I do. But if you rewarded by percentages, which I realize is not possible, I might be giving you a higher percentage of my income than those who have actually spent more money at Altenew. Make sense?
Now that I understand your “customer measure of worth”and realize my amount of disposable income awarded to Altenew is not sufficientl to meet your standards for appreciation, I can no longer purchase items from you. And while this may not sadden you, it does sadden me in ways you may never understand…
I love the fact that you are doing a flower each month. The layered look makes such beautiful flowers on one’s cards.
Congratulations to the winners :)
