Altenew Watercolor Therapy Blog Hop Graphic

Hi, it's Therese, and I am back with another edition of Take 2 with Therese. Today's post is special, as we are joining Kathy Racoosin for the Watercolor Therapy Blog Hop.

I am using the new Woodless Watercolor Pencils from Altenew and you will be able to see just how easy they are to use!

Altenew Kind Reminders Celebrate Us Woodless Watercolor Pencils Take 2 With Therese card video 1

I chose the beautiful Kind Reminders Stamp Set as these flowers have that ‘watercolor' look. My first card is very clean and simple.

I added some Jet Black Ink splatters and a sentiment from the Celebrate Us Stamp Set.

To create my second card, I used the Simple Coloring Stencil, but you can watch the process in the video linked below.

This time, I used the Waterbrush Hello Die and a sub sentiment from the Hello and Hugs Stamp Set.

I like both of them but the second version for me was better. Both techniques were pretty effortless and seemed to go pretty fast. Rascal George says “hi” to Maggie.

Just found your blog, and your YouTube channel! Wow! What fun!

I’ve been interested in woodless watercolor pencils since the first day I heard of them, a while back. They sound like a combination that’s the best of both worlds in watercolor! And you make it look so easy, and so much fun!

Thank you so much for blessing us with these videos! I look forward to watching your other videos, and reading your other blog posts!

I’m recovering from a long illness (six years), and am finally developing enough stamina to want to paint again. What fun these goodies would be!

Your videos are like a little piece of Heaven for me!

Thanks again,
Jacqui
