Altenew – Repeated Sentiment Background – Video!

Altenew Stamping a Repeated Sentiment Background and Inlaid die cutting (card video)

Hi, it's Therese and I am so happy to share an idea today for a masculine card design.

I have made my own background design using the Label Love stamp set.  Firstly I chose colors that would work well together and repeatedly stamped the images with Altenew Crisp Dye Inks.  I used Bamboo, Parrot, Sunkissed, Orange Cream, Ocean Waves and Limestone.

Then I was able to die cut the sentiment using the Bold Alphabet Die set from this panel and I popped each of the letters up on some black fun foam.

I used the Altenew Glue Tape to attach the panel to the card front.  I could then adhere the letters in place.

And as a final embellishment I added some of the enamel dots from the New Day Card Kit.

I have linked a video below. So you can watch the process to see how it all came together.

You can see my video here or Watch it in HD at Youtube.

Very cool. I love the card. I’m still waiting for those large letter dies, they have been sold out forever.

They are so popular, I hope they are back in stock real soon. My apologies though, as I didn’t realize this until after I made the card. Hugs Therese

Cool masculine card. Love the dimensional camouflage diecut technique. This alphabet die set is on my wish list. I only have the calligraphy alpha. ?

This is adorable. This technique is fantastic. I love the look for a masculine card, and I find them to be more difficult to create, too!
