Hello, friends! It's Laurie here with a super quick floral card and a challenge. Even though I make a pretty good stack of cards each week, I am terrible at sending them. So, I wanted to send out a challenge to all of you who are in that same boat with me. Let's send some this week! The best thing about quick and simple cards is that they are usually flat, sometimes one-layer, and just the easiest to mail. No extra postage, no big puffy envelope. So, let's do it? Are you with me? Here is the quick and simple card I am sending out today!
To create this card, I simply cut out that fabulous Burlap Texture Die in white cardstock and layered it on a gray card base.
I stamped the Build-A-Flower: Dahlia Layering Stamp & Die Set bloom and a couple of leaves to add to the card front. Super easy! Lastly, I grabbed one of my pre-heat embossed sentiment strips.
**Tip: Heat several sheets of Sentiment Strips and Sentiment Strips II and cut them out. Add them to a little jar where they are ready to add to a card at any time!
Using some foam adhesive strips, I added that sentiment to the front and done!
I hope you have enjoyed today's card. Leave me a comment, and let me know if you put a card in the mail today. It's sure to put a smile on someone's face! Hope you have a great day!

Very pretty!
Love it! Simple, yet elegant!
Love your card, Laurie. Sometimes “less is more” is just what’s needed.
Very pretty and simple. I am copying your design right now to send to a friend with a birthday coming up! Thank you.
Great idea for a quick forever rate mailable card. Will definitely make and send out a few cards.
Beautiful card! I love the burlap die and I’m sending out a card I made. My friend will love it.

Love the simplicity of this card and would be great if batch making . A very pretty card x
This card is such a super simple and great design. I did mail a card today, using stencils and a silhouette stamped image. It was simple and super quick. Sometimes the simpler the design the better the card!
I actually did send out a card today. I had to make a quick sympathy card for my cousin’s wife who just lost her mother. Love your card, too!
I happened to send a card out yesterday. It was for my new graduate who is doing an internship out of state and got Covid a few days ago. Being sick is hard enough and then being away from home makes it worse. So I popped a card in the mail just to make her feel better. :)
Love the gray and pink.
Such a sweet card Laurie!
Lovely card!
Beautiful and simple!
Love the idea of pre heat embossing a whole jar of sentiments- planning to do that- what a time saver!
