Hello dear friends! Today I'm here to share with you a little cup of hibiscus. While playing with our newest stamp set Hibiscus Bouquet Stamp Set I remembered that beautiful flowers of hibiscus are not only for bouquets but also for a tasty tea! So I decided to combine both and put a bouquet in a tea cup.
For the flowers I used Lavender Fields Crisp Dye Ink and Deep Iris Crisp Dye Ink for an outline. I added a layer of Cotton Candy Crisp Dye Ink on top of Lavender Fields on some flowers to achieve little bit darker shade. For the leaves I used Forest Glades Crisp Dye Ink and Frayed Leaf Crisp Dye Ink.
I used Vintage Teacup Stamp Set to stamp image of a cup and added a tiny sentiment from Hibiscus bouquet on it. Then I used glue and foam adhesive to put flowers into a cup.
I placed my composition on a background. The pattern paper that reminds me curtain on a table and added silver stickles in the flowers centres.
Do you like hibiscus tea? I love to drink it cold in summer or hot in winter adding some citrus.
Thanks for joining me today!

Beautiful flowers in a cup great colors & layout.
Very pretty – I love the contrast of the flowers on a checked tablecloth. Brings back memories of summer days at a Mediterranean cafe
Beautiful card Sveta, looks perfect on that “tablecloth” – and I love hibiscus tea too (usually cold though)!
