Hello there everyone! Happy Friday! Lydia here. Today, I'm sharing how to do 3D embossing with coordinating stamped images and embossing folders. For this card, I used the gorgeous Fairy Tale Florals Stamp Set and its coordinating 3D embossing folder.
3D Embossing with Stamped Images and Embossing Folder
I started by stamping 2 of the large images from the Fairy Tale Florals Stamp Set onto a piece of Classic Crest Solar White Cardstock using Enchanted Gold Pigment Ink. I then die cut the images using the coordinating dies.
Next, I took these stamped die-cuts and lined them up with the image in the Fairy Tale Florals 3D Embossing Folder and then embossed them.
Once the images were embossed, I used the coordinating Simple Coloring Stencils to color the images. I used Orange Sorbet Ink for the flowers and Forest Glades Ink for the leaves.
To add a little interest to the background, I swiped Enchanted Gold Pigment Ink over the card base before adhering the embossed die-cuts into place.
The sentiment was created by heat embossing words from Versatile Greetings Hot Foil Plate Set onto a piece of Classic Crest Solar White Cardstock using Enchanted Gold Hot Foil. I added splatters of Antique Gold Ink Spray and enamel dots from Warm & Cozy Enamel Dots to add a little more interest and detail.

Thanks so much for stopping by! I hope you give this 3D embossing technique a try!
