3 Ways to a Simple Card…

by Laurie Willison

Hello!  It's Laurie here with another round of quick and simple.  If you know me, you know I love a good quick card.  Today, I am sharing how I used 3 quick elements to create a bright, quick and easy card.  Let's get started!

To create today's card I started with the Foliage Stencil.  This stencil adds great detail but keeps things nice and simple.

Next, using my score board, I scored a frame at 1/2″ around the full card front.  I love this simple detail for a little embossing.

Last, I grabbed the Simply Thank You Die.  I cut one out of fun foam and one out of white cardstock.  Layering them together gives you the perfect dimensional sentiment.  Adding the sentiment in white, keeps the card clean and soft but still pops in front of the green stenciled leaves.

I hope you enjoyed today's card.  I am so glad you stopped in!  Have a great day!
