Hi, it's Therese and I am back with another edition of Take 2 with Therese.
Today, I have a Stamp Focus using the Sentiment Strips 2 Stamp Set. I will share 2 easy ways on how to use sentiment strips on your cards.
For my first card design, I decided to use a repeated sentiment technique. This is a versatile way to add a fun element to your cards!
The card is monochromatic, using A Love For Stripes Set A 6×6 Paper Pack for the background.
And the sweet little squirrel came from the Spring Fling Stamp Set.
My second card looks quite different but uses all the same supplies, plus a negative space die-cut from the Mega Hello Die.
This time, the sentiment strip is used as a sub-sentiment and adds a bold statement as it is heat-embossed onto Jet Black Cardstock.
The bouquet is stamped from the Spring Fling Stamp Set.

Loved this video. My problem with sentiment strips is determining what color paper strip to use to make the card pop.
I totally hear you…. that’s usually when I head to black and white lol. I know I do it all the time but I still love the way that it looks on a card. thanks so much for your lovely comments and visit here today Stephanie!
