Hi Altenew Fans! It's Flóra here with a bicolor scrapbook layout. I used a landscape photo what I have taken in island of Krk in Croatia. The colors of the photo inspired me to use the shades of turquoise and gray.
This time I used for my project only watercolor and two new stamp sets: Freeform Greenery and Happy Mail. I really love both of them as they give so many possibilities of usage.
First I created a turquoise background with watercolor technique. This reminds me of the sea and waves. Then, I stamped on a white cardstock with the Freeform Greenery stamps. I used two different gray from the Warm Gray mini set: Evening Gray and Moon Rock Crisp Dye Inks. I fussy cut the branches with a small scissors. Next I placed and adhered them on the layout.
After all I used Happy Mail stamp set and created a postcard layout on the right side of the page. I wrote my journaling and the simple layout was ready.
Thanks for stopping by! Have a happy crafty weekend! :-)

Even though I no longer scrapbook, I enjoy each and every one of the Daily Inspirations because they can be used for cards or scrapbooking. I also really appreciate how well Nicole Picadura does your highlight videos!
I really love the Freeform Greenery. This set is very versatile. Love your layout and the Happy Mail stamps worked perfect. Thanks for sharing.
What a great idea! I love it!
Gorgeous!
Beautiful layout Flora, looks like the water is pooling straight out of the photograph ;-)
